What is Diversity?

Diversity is a system of beliefs and behaviors that recognizes and respects the presence of all diverse groups in an organization or society, acknowledges and values their socio-cultural differences, and encourages and enables their continued contribution within an inclusive cultural context which empowers all within the organization or society.

Sustainable Growth

The California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce (CalAsian Chamber) believes a critical pathway to sustainable growth and economic prosperity for the minority business community is through inclusive business assistance strategies that embed Minority Business Enterprises in domestic and global supply chains.

Increased Access

With hundreds of billions of dollars in contract procurement opportunity within the public and private sector in California, combined with increasing regulatory and consumer pressure for higher levels of supplier diversity to meet growing demand, CAPCC is uniquely positioned to aid the growth of MBE’s by systematically increasing access and lowering barriers to supply chain opportunities within government agencies and medium to large corporations.
